The room we had included satellite television, climate control, and a personal safe. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. - the hotel was close enough to KLCC mall and the center of Kuala Lumpur with a lot of attractions nearby. - the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their duties.

It was a perfect location adjacent to the main tourist attractions, and Petronas Towers. The room itself was brand-new and the breakfast was awesome! The service was great, totally satisfied.

Staff were ATTENTIVE, atmosphere was wonderful, it had excellent location next to the center. The queen room was huge, had satellite television, climate control and a personal safe.

The rooms are reasonably spacious and include an electric kettle and glassware. The breakfast is gorgeous with so many varieties, has great food.

Thoroughly enjoyed the mega king room with a view of the towers. The hotel is conveniently located near the Petronas Towers and main tourist attractions.

The view from the queen room window was amazing, and the location was fantastic with the twin skyscrapers just a short walk away.

The room was really clean and had all the necessary equipment, plus the bed was super comfy. It only took about 10 minutes to walk to the metro station near here. 🚇

It was in a central setting by a restaurant. The breakfast was delicious with so many varieties and the food was outstanding. The vibe here was wonderful. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Kuala Lumpur.

Exceptional service from the staff at W Kuala Lumpur Hotel. I was warmly greeted upon arrival and was even able to check-in early. The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and stunning views of the Twin Towers. The breakfast selection was amazing, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The hotel amenities were impressive, including a tanning spray available for use. The staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any needs. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and offer breathtaking views of the Twin Towers. The staff is amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast spread is simply outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there were no major issues.
